We would like to introduce our "Magic Tape" anti-static type. This product incorporates conductive fiber "Klarcabo" into the base fabric of the standard "Magic Tape," giving it anti-static properties. Unlike regular hook-and-loop fasteners, "Magic Tape" does not have a back coating agent applied to the reverse side, which exposes "Klarcabo" and significantly reduces the surface leakage resistance value. Therefore, it is suitable for use in applications where static electricity is a concern, such as with electronic devices. The texture and physical properties are equivalent to the standard type of "Magic Tape." We would like to introduce the positioning type of "Velcro" that we handle. This product is designed to be used with a combination of hooks with a special shape and loops arranged in high density. Generally, hook-and-loop fasteners engage simply by the hooks and loops touching each other, but this product does not engage just by lightly touching the loop surface with the hook. Instead, it allows for sliding adjustments of position, and once the position is set, pushing the hook into the loop to embed it activates the engagement function. Once engaged, the hook has a shape that makes it difficult to pull out, providing high engagement strength. As a result, it allows for easy fixation of objects compared to using screws, bolts, or nuts, and is increasingly adopted in applications where simplification of production processes is desired. We would like to introduce the "Velcro" molded 1WAY type that we handle. The standard molded type hooks are designed to engage with loads from any direction. On the other hand, this product has a hook shape that faces one direction, which allows it to exhibit strong engagement force in that direction due to shear force, but it does not generate shear force in the opposite direction, making it easy to peel off. When removing it, the method involves sliding, which minimizes peeling noise and reduces damage to the loop material, thereby improving durability.
